Book a doctor appointment in your town

See whether the doctor is in before you leave, choose a time slot, and walk in with your token number. Free for patients, in English, Gujarati and Hindi.

How booking works

    Choose your town

    Select your state, district and town or taluka. hApItal shows the doctors there — and, if none are listed yet, doctors across your district.

  2. 2

    Find a doctor

    Search by the doctor's name, the clinic, or a speciality such as child specialist, dentist or physician. Each doctor shows today's status, fee and experience.

  3. 3

    Pick a time slot

    Choose today or a future date, and a slot with places left. Full slots cannot be booked, so the clinic's queue stays as planned.

  4. 4

    Get your token

    Your booking shows your token number immediately. You get a notification, and the doctor sees your booking on their dashboard straight away.

  5. 5

    Visit the clinic

    Go at your slot time and pay the doctor at the clinic, as you always have. hApItal takes no commission.

Questions about booking

Is booking free?

Yes. hApItal is free for patients. You pay the doctor at the clinic.

Can I book for someone else in my family?

Yes. Add family members to your account and choose who the booking is for.

What if the doctor goes on leave after I book?

Your booking is moved to the next free time and you get one message with four choices: keep it, change the time, change the day, or cancel.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, from the Bookings screen in the app.

Do I need to log in?

Yes — you sign in with your mobile number, so your bookings and prescriptions stay yours.
