Questions doctors ask
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new doctor gets 7 days free. Your profile is live and patients can book you from the first day.
Does hApItal take a commission on my consultations?
No. Patients pay you at the clinic. hApItal never takes a share of your fees.
How much does it cost after the trial?
₹1,000 a month, or ₹10,000 a year — the yearly plan saves ₹2,000.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. There is no auto-debit — you renew when you choose. If a plan ends, your profile is hidden from patients until you renew.
Do I need to install any software?
No. The doctor dashboard works in any browser, on your phone or your computer.
Can I add walk-in patients?
Yes. Walk-ins and app bookings share one token list, so the queue at your desk and in the app is the same.
What happens to bookings if I take leave?
Mark leave days or cancel a slot and the booked patients are moved to your next free time automatically. Each patient gets one message and chooses to keep the new time, change it, or cancel.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Upload your medical registration certificate from the dashboard. Our team reviews it, usually within 24 hours.
