What is hApItal?
hApItal is an app for patients to find doctors in their town, see if the doctor is available, book a token, keep digital prescriptions and reach emergency services. Doctors manage their clinic on the hApItal doctor website.
Is hApItal free for patients?
Yes. hApItal is free for patients. You pay the doctor at the clinic as usual.
Does hApItal take a commission on consultations?
No. hApItal does not take any commission. The consultation fee is paid to the doctor directly.
How do I book an appointment?
Open the app, choose your town, find a doctor by name or speciality, pick a time slot and confirm. You get your token number straight away.
How do I know if the doctor is at the clinic?
Every doctor shows a live status — available, running late, on leave or clinic done — on their profile and in the list.
What happens if the doctor goes on leave after I book?
Your booking is moved to the next free time and you get one message with four choices: keep it, change the time, change the day, or cancel.
Can I book for my parents or children?
Yes. Add them as family members in your account and choose who each booking is for.
Which languages does the app support?
English, Gujarati and Hindi.
Is hApItal a video consultation app?
No. hApItal helps you find and book in-person visits at clinics near you.
Where is hApItal available?
hApItal is live in Palanpur, Gujarat, and nearby towns, and grows as more doctors join.
Where can I download the app?
