No overbooking
A full slot cannot be booked, so the queue stays as the clinic planned it.

If the clinic adds your visit at the desk using your mobile number, it appears in your app too.
Questions
Do I pay in the app?
No. You pay the doctor at the clinic, as usual. hApItal takes no commission on consultations.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the Bookings screen in the app.
